If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are prohibited from using the Site, accessing our Services, or purchasing our products.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at our sole discretion at any time, without prior notice. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
2. Scope of Products and Services
2.1 Product Offerings
We are a professional manufacturer and supplier of automotive film products, including but not limited to:
- TPU/TPH Paint Protection Film (PPF): Available in clear, matte, black, grey, red, yellow, and other custom colors, with thickness options of 6.5mil, 7.5mil, 8.5mil, and 10mil;
- Automotive Window Tint Film: Engineered to provide 99% Ultraviolet Radiation (UVR) protection, 70% Visible Light Transmission (VLT), 95% Infrared Radiation Rejection (IRR), and Total Solar Energy Protection (TSEP) up to 89.1%, with thickness options of 1.8mil, 2mil, and 3mil;
- Full Body Car Wrap Vinyl, Headlight Film, Skylight Film, and other automotive protective films.
All product specifications, technical parameters, and warranty terms (5–10 years for TPU PPF products) are stated on the Site, but we reserve the right to adjust product details to reflect production improvements, supply chain changes, or market demands. We will use reasonable efforts to update product information on the Site promptly, but do not guarantee real-time accuracy of all listings.
2.2 Service Provisions
We offer the following one-stop services to global customers:
- Wholesale distribution of all automotive film products;
- OEM/ODM customization services tailored to your brand and business requirements;
- Free sample provision for products valued below USD 30 (you are solely responsible for shipping and handling costs);
- 24/7 customer support (with a 10-minute response time during our standard working hours);
- Global logistics and delivery: In-stock products are shipped within 7–15 business days, with support for sea freight, air freight, and other logistics methods as agreed.
3. Order Placement and Payment Terms
3.1 Order Confirmation

- Inadequate stock to fulfill the order;
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes on the Site;
- Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms by the Customer;
- Non-compliance with applicable export/import laws.
We will notify you promptly if an order is rejected or canceled, and will not be liable for any damages arising from such rejection/cancellation except as required by law.
3.2 Pricing and Payment
All product prices are subject to our formal quotation (the Site does not display fixed retail or wholesale prices). You may request a product catalog and detailed quotation at any time. Payment terms (including currency, payment method, credit terms, and due date) shall be agreed in writing (including email) between you and us.
Payment must be made in full by the due date specified in the quotation. Failure to make timely payment may result in:
- Suspension of order processing or delivery;
- Cancellation of the order;
- Assessment of late payment fees (as agreed in writing);
- Termination of our business relationship.
We accept payment methods as agreed in writing, including bank transfers, letters of credit, and other internationally recognized payment methods. All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Warranty and Quality Assurance
4.1 Material and Quality Standards
Our products are manufactured using high-grade imported TPU substrate particles (sourced from LUBRIZOL, BASF, COVESTRO) and imported adhesives (USA Ashland). All products comply with CE and ROHS certification requirements. Each roll of TPU PPF film undergoes rigorous pre-shipment testing to ensure compliance with our quality control standards.
4.2 Warranty Coverage
- TPU PPF Products: 5–10 years warranty (specific period per product type, as stated in the quotation or product documentation);
- Coverage: The warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Failure of self-healing for minor surface scratches (when activated by heat as intended);
- Unreasonable yellowing, delamination, or peeling;
- Loss of UV/IR protection properties within the warranty period.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, or neglect;
- Accidental damage, intentional tampering, or third-party modification;
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or environmental factors beyond normal use;
- Use of the product for non-automotive or unauthorized purposes.
4.3 Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, you must:
- Notify us in writing within the warranty period, providing:
- Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or quotation);
- Detailed description and photographic/video evidence of the defect;
- Information on installation, usage, and storage conditions;
- Cooperate with our inspection of the defective product (we may require return of the product at our cost, or on-site inspection by our authorized representative).
Upon verification of a valid claim, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product with a new one of the same type;
- Repair the defective product (where feasible);
- Refund the purchase price of the defective product (excluding shipping/installation costs).
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights (IPR) in and to the Site, product designs, technical specifications, trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and promotional materials are owned exclusively by us or our licensors. No license to use any IPR is granted to you except as necessary to use the Site and purchase our products in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Restrictions on Use

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

- Delays or failures in delivery;
- Product defects (except as provided in Section 4);

7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the first carrier or logistics provider designated by us (the “FCA Incoterms 2020 rule applies, unless otherwise agreed in writing”). We shall not be liable for loss or damage to products after delivery to the carrier.
7.2 Shipping Costs and Customs
You are responsible for all shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and other charges associated with the delivery of products to your designated location. You shall comply with all import/export laws and regulations of the origin and destination countries, including completing all necessary customs documentation and paying applicable fees. We will provide reasonable assistance with customs documentation at your request, but are not liable for delays or penalties arising from non-compliance with customs requirements.
7.3 Delivery Delays
We use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery timelines, but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions);
- Carrier delays or disruptions;
- Supply chain shortages or production issues;
- Your failure to provide accurate delivery information or make payment on time.
8. Termination
8.1 Right to Terminate

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted to the People’s Court of Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, China, for resolution. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations. No modification of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties (including email confirmation from authorized representatives).
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that reflects the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent possible.

Notices sent by email shall be deemed received upon confirmation of delivery; notices sent by registered mail shall be deemed received 3 business days after posting; notices sent by phone shall be deemed received immediately upon verbal confirmation.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it at a later time.
10.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights/obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our sole discretion.
